I have the worst case of FOMO when it comes to crypto . Every time I see something pumping on X or Reddit, I jump in late, and guess what? It dumps five minutes later. I’ve tried using alerts and sticking to rules, but emotions always win. Some friends said AI tools can help control that by offering neutral data — but I’m not sure how that works. Has anyone used something like that?
